The service

Blep Messenger is a free, private, non-commercial service run by an individual. It is in early access and provided as is.

No uptime guarantee

It runs on a small server. It may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued, and we do not guarantee that messages or data will never be lost. Keep a copy of anything important.

Your account

Give a real email address, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account and its furs.

What is not allowed

• Illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens or exploits others.
• Spam, scams and automated bulk messaging.
• Attacking, overloading or probing the service, or trying to access other people’s data.
• Impersonating someone in a way meant to deceive.

Your content

What you write and upload remains yours, and you are responsible for it. You allow the service to store it and deliver it to the people you send it to, which is what it is for.

Moderation

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Liability

The service is provided free of charge and without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Your rights as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract are not affected.
